Our college provides the most conducive environment to students, which develops not only the excellent performance in academics but also promotes personality development. The students are trained in such a way that they become equipped with aptitude skills, soft-skills, job-skills and life-skills for their sustenance of life and career. Students are constantly addressed by the Placement officer about the level of competition they will be facing in their recruitment process and how important it is to get campus selection to avoid the trouble of participating in an off campus interview competing with more number of people. The students are regularly trained in communication skills and they are also given the necessary knowledge about HR practices so that they can face interviews with courage and confidence.
Students are exposed to exercise in communication skills, motivation skills and leadership skills. They gain essential inputs in goal setting and team working. They also undergo group discussions and personal interview sessions.
During every academic year our students are placed in well reputed Multinational Companies (MNC) through ON & OFF campus events. On Day-1&2 slots WIPRO, Hexaware, Aspire system visits our campus every year. AIHT has been recognized as Campus Connect Partner by Infosys, WIPRO, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra . Head -Placement is recognized as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) by all these companies to roll out their Campus Connect programmes and take institute to higher levels for their future engagement with institution.
Our Institution has signed MOU with Infosys, WIPRO , FlSmidth, National Instruments, SMART Training Resources Pvt Ltd. RIPE Ltd, Breakthrough, CoCubes etc.
The TPD is constantly engaged in devising various training activities, designing schedules of training, arranging demo programmes from various trainers for Aptitude and Soft-Skills and also from IT finishing schools. TPD conducts On-line and Off-line written tests in Aptitude skill covering quantitative analysis, reasoning, and data sufficiency & representation, verbal and logical mathematics regularly. Students are given online test portals by Axiom Academy for their regular work-out during off-college hours from their homes and monitor the progress of their performance in such online test portals. The performance scores are also monitored and their development is mapped continuously.
